This College was established in the year 2023 with important objectives of education. The college is located 8 km west of Shivrinarayan and 17 km east of Pamgarh and 3 km from village Deori Turn in village Khorsi.

It is generally seen that the level of education in villages is low and the basic infrastructure of education is weak. There are only a few colleges for higher level education in villages. With this objective, it is our priority to build future teachers from the villages with this objective and take the education level of the country to the top. And it is also to build such young teachers from the village and give them an opportunity to showcase their abilities so that they can become a skilled, skilled teacher and provide higher education to the children of the next generation. With which the name of our country first comes in the level of education in the world.
